Protect your privacy when asking for help.
Do not attach a private source photo, document, video, or audio file. Recreate the issue with fictional information whenever possible.
Before contacting support
- Confirm you are using the newest TestFlight or App Store version.
- Review the complete protected export, not only the editing preview.
- For video, remember that automatic analysis detects faces only. Add manual rectangles for text, plates, screens, IDs, and codes.
- For a missing Pro purchase, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
Helpful details to include
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The Redaction Room version shown in Settings.
- The file type and approximate duration or size.
- Steps that reproduce the problem using non-sensitive sample content.
